rotation bug

Brian, it seems that without launcher the pad can't rotate. It's a probleme because for the launcher installation (with train) the pad must be rotate to 180° for liberate the place of the ombilicals arms.
Also, the petal arms must be open durint installation.

Could you add an option in the menu "Launcher installation" or "Loading launcher". This option rotate pad by 180° and open petal arms. the ombilicals must stay in position.
