"Attachment point/compatibility" again. Empty
PostSubject: "Attachment point/compatibility" again.   "Attachment point/compatibility" again. EmptyTue 24 Apr - 4:09

Papyref,
all the Soyuz for Baikonour BLC-1 now use the "head down" position attachment point
P 0 0 -13.8 0 0 -1 0 1 0 SZ

but the SoyuzSTK for Kourou ELS uses the "head up" position attachment point
P 0 0 -13.8 0 0 -1 0 -1 0 SZ

so you can either
1) use a different name for the cfg, like "Soyuz_ELS.cfg"
( and change the scenario also)

2) use a different directory like Config/P_Soyuz/Soyuz_STK.cfg
( and change the scenario also)

3) use the same attachment point as Baikonour BLC-1
(head down P 0 0 -13.8 0 0 -1 0 1 0 SZ)

but change the ELStraintower.ini attachment point
TIP_1=(0.6,-22.9,-88.45)
TIP_2=(0.6,-22.9,-87.45)
TIP_3=(0.6,-21.9,-88.45)

and I will change the ELSarms.dll attachment point also.

What do you think?

//

Papyref,

TIP_1= (0.6, - 22.9, - 88.45)
TIP_2= (0.6, - 22.9, - 87.45)
TIP_3= (0.6, - 21.9, - 88.45)

"Attachment point/compatibility" again. Empty
PostSubject: Re: "Attachment point/compatibility" again.   "Attachment point/compatibility" again. EmptyTue 24 Apr - 6:23

Hi Brian

I created a particular file cfg for ELS like that it has there only this modification with two advantages:
- the rocket is discharged from the train without risk of rotation
- It is always directed at the beginning with heading 0 like the pad and it is the best for rotation with the autopilot.

No problem with this. Thank you for suggestion
